Improprieties are common at the Snyder Township meetings. It would be very entertaining if it wasn't so sad.

I say this because when the subject was first brought up at a meeting, it was clear that it had already been discussed by the supervisors prior to the meeting.

Judging from how he conducts himself at the meetings, I don't think he's aware of much.
