Months ago. Maybe the guy had a court date today? I didn't see the broadcast. Or maybe Bill did it again.

Maybe G&R can pony up the necessary fees and bribes for a slots license, and they can put a slots parlor in downtown Tyrone. Then all the people from the four or five section eight housing projects in town would have a place to blow their benefit checks. If we could get an Indian tribe involved,...

I've never been in Burley's, but from the outside it doesn't have much appeal IMHO. They serve food. I'd think that would be right up your alley. You must attend the Donkey Basketball games at TAHS, cause that's right up your alley. Donkey Basketball. Quite a come-back. Allow me to take a moment to...

I think there's a real need for affordable housing in Blair County. Right now I'm forced to live in Altoona because I couldn't get into any Section 8 housing in Tyrone - which really ticks me off since all my family's from Tyrone. Anyway - I think they should build another housing development there...

Does anybody actually believe that a hotel in Tyrone would have enough business to remain open? If the market could support one, a smart business person would have already done that research and built a hotel.

The story I read said that they have basically agreed to sell it to G&R, pending a few things.

Maybe G&R will turn it into another junk yard, like they have in Northwood.

Re: smart and useful things to say

Thanks for the smart and useful information in your post! I use my car to go to work, not to drive around in circles for hours on end. Spending thousands of dollars for a machine to ride on "for fun" while burning up gas and oil is a poor use of both financial and natural resources. Make ...

Easy there, sporto. Sarcasm doesn't become you.

I'll spell it out for you because you don't seem to get it. You don't get in shape by riding at that level, but you have to be in shape to ride at that level. You get into that kind of shape by a good diet, strength training, and cardio exercise.
