I know, It was unwise,
To hold it in,
All of these years.
To carry the torch,
In the wind driven rain.
To hold in the heart,
To the edge of insane.

Now she knows...

To reach into the darkness,
For something that's not there.
To yearn for someone,
Who isn't aware.
To waste all those years,
For one impromptu stare.

Know she Knows....

Now I know,
At least she knows.
And I have closed,
The hole in my heart,
That was once there.
