Oh yes,
I'm so blessed
Because there are starving people...
Someplace else.
Oh yes,
I feel blessed
Even though the rest
Of the World is a mess.

But.. I'm secure,
Inside these four wall's
Of my little home.
When the only thing
That can harm me
Is unseen and unknown.
Oh yes,
I feel blessed.
I guess.

"Yea man"
I'm so grateful,
I see so many who are
Mean and hateful.
Do they see something I don't?
Or do I see something...
They won't.

Or is it just
My thoughts and emotions
That are such a mess?
Well, Oh h*ll...
I'm blessed, I guess.

I can't resist,
Diving into this sea of sarcasms.
Sometimes that's what I do.
When I see the powers that be say..
It sucks to be you.

So I will just act content.
Of being who I am.
Because I'm always free.
To take a swim.
In the sarcastic sea.
