Not really related to haiku or animal poems, but I hope you like it anyway...a first attempt for a long time.
Will I or won’t I do the right thing?
Will I or won’t I follow through?
Will my mind explode through thoughts I can’t control?
Will I fail to finish my race, and be left at the side of the road?
Instead…I remember Your faithfulness…for You have promised.
So, with You…
I will finish what You have begun.
I will have a sound mind.
I will reap what I have sown.
I will do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I will conquer completely!
I will live to finish out my days…
I will love you forever,
I will win the race I have started.
I will see your face at the end,
I will complete all things through Christ!

May the god of your choice bless you
choices
Moses,
Our life is full of choices isn't it? We choose our church, our religion, our kids' activities, and sometimes our friends. I hope I've made good choices overall in my life, but, I believe in this area, God chose me, for which I am truly thankful! In John, it says, "You did not choose me, but I chose you, that you may bear fruit..." Thanks for your always good thoughts and sharing!
