...and I felt like such a big-city-in-the-country rush this morning when there was line (for the first time ever, in my experience) at my polling place at 7 AM...only to find that it was because one of the two machines wasn't working!!!! All was resolved within 10 minutes and the voting commenced!!!

It was very busy in Warriors Mark when it opened at 7 a.m., there was actually a line snaking outside the door. I came back mid-afternoon, and was voter 459.

Here it is noon Wednesday, I've been diligently and constantly searching TV/radio/Internet/etc - and I STILL can't find anywhere that has said how that whole election thing yesterday turned out... is it over... did someone win? :slap: :nuts: :huh:

Actually, I was trying to see what the results were for the 400 million water bond vote was...

found it...

Referendum Water and Sewer Bond -- 9,252 of 9,284 precincts reporting (100%)
Yes 2,771,639 62% (X)
No 1,725,547 38%

But I was really curious about the one between those 2 IRISHMEN: John McCain... and Barry O'bama. :lol:

Yea, I finally heard how it turned out. I should note that ALL my female relatives are beautiful - but YOU, in addition to being beautiful, are indeed the SMARTEST.
