Just wanted to let everyone know I’m not doing so good.

It all started Wednesday - when I decided to spread Valentines Day out.

Wednesday: I got my sweetheart one of those Vermont Teddy Bears.

Thursday: I got my sweetheart a dozen roses.

Friday: I got my sweetheart a Pajama-Gram.

Saturday (yesterday -Valentines Day): my sweetheart and I went off to a remote mountain cottage for a few hours of private romance.

Sunday (today): my WIFE found out about all this - and clobbered me but good with the ThighMaster I got HER for Valentines Day.

Like I said - I’M NOT DOING SO GOOD... :w  :fogey:

 Since you're not doing so good, what can we give you to make it better ?? A sling, a brace, a shot of penicillin ??

Relief is already on the way.

I go to the hospital at 9AM tomorrow - THAT'S when my proctologist said he arranged to assist a surgeon remove the ThighMaster. :thumb:

UPDATE:

Sorry I didn't respond when I read the above last night at about 8PM - I'd just got home, and was still somewhat woozy (not unusual for me, those of you who know/knew me may say) from my ambulatory surgery procedure.

I WOULD have been discharged and SOONER - but I had a rather unexpected and unexplained medication reaction after the surgery. Apparently, when asked what they should do with the extracted ThighMaster, I pointed to the recovery room nurse and groggily stated "Give it to her - she CERTAINLY needs it more than my wife". Lesson learned - never say such things to/about somebody who controls the post-op meds.

On top of all the other embarrassment - I was a bit hungry on the way home, so we stopped at a local diner. All the booths were full, so I attempted to sit at the counter, had forgot about my "temporary physical abnormality", and ended up sinking to the floor with the seat...uhhhh, well, you know, "instilled"?

Strangely, my wife stated this has ended up being her best Valentines Day ever - just to see what all I had to go through. I'm SOOOOO glad that is not a typical Tyrone-girl trait ... or IS IT?

WOW, this was a "PITA" procedure !! This was serious business !! Hey BB, anything that is, or was, or causes, a "Pain In The...in the... in the... you know what procedure" to be performed, IS serious business and IS worth losing a TheighMaster over.
At the Diner, no wonder you fell off your, off your,... off your stool.
Your wife can't be the typical Tyrone-girl, unless we see that TheighMaster in a yard sale somewhere this summer.
Since this has ended up being her best Valentines Day ever....it only means one thing.... you have proven to her, you're ALL HEART !!
P.S. "Hang" in there !!!
