Next Saturday, January 16, 2009, will be the 38th anniversary of Tyrone's worst disaster - the Pennsylvania House Hotel fire. I don't know if any local media will mention or cover this.

NOTE: In respect to all the others who have ever served and/or supported all public safety agencies (fire companies, EMS services, police, etc) in the greater Tyrone area - I would just as much liked to have posted this topic in the "Legends, Heroes, and Outstanding People" forum.
