Lawsuit against Borough???

Tell me that the Borough seriously fired the Code Officer b/c he wanted the watershed cleaned up, when it was admittedly BOROUGH EMPLOYEES that dumped BOROUGH WASTE ON THE WATERSHED?

Laughing at today's article in the Altoona Mirror... thank goodness that mess was cleaned up! Swept under the "rug" so to speak, hmmm, Gary? Sharon? So much for MUM'S THE WORD. Enjoy your retirement, both of you - you are appalling human beings for letting this happen. Do you need reminded that YOU were ultimately in charge of the safety of the Borough residents and properties?

I never once would have thought that everyone would be so quiet about this lawsuit!!! Nothing to say, Sharon & Gary?
I feel sorry for our new Manager. Welcome to Tyrone, clean up our mess. And by "MESS" we mean the mistake we made in firing the Code Officer AND the mistake we made when we tried to clean up that little "problem"!
Who's protecting the watershed, if those responsible are DESTROYING it???
