Looking for retail space 300-400 sq feet

If anyone knows of any retail space of 300 to 400 sq feet with a restroom let me know. I am thinking ab out moving back to Tyrone to take care of aging parents and will open a business at that time.

It's probably a bit too large (I remember it being 750 sq ft) but 5 West 10th Street was a good office for us, 2002-2004. It's currently empty. I'll see if I can get a phone number off the window, for you.

No that's not to large it must be min of 300- 400 sq feet.

5 west 10th is empty, but no signs in the window, as of Monday.
