1983/1984 UFO

Can anyone go into detail about the ufo sighting above the reservoirs on Janesville pike in 1983 or 1984. I had been told by a few people who lived on Janesville Pike, that they had witnessed the UFO. Unfortunately many of them have since passed away. I used to live on Janesville Pike myself until 1983, and I have always been interested in this event, however, up until I found e-cafe I had really no way to get information.
