Clean up ordinance

I live here in Grazierville and I have a few neighbors that need to clean up there properties.

I agree as I drive through there as well. I wonder how some people can live so nasty!

I think I'm going to start to dump my garbage in some of those aholes yards. I personally don't think they will care. Better yet maybe just burn there houses down.
