Snow removal

Just completed reading the Herald. Now donations are being accepted for snow removal? I guess businesses can afford this. But I thought my tax money was my payment?

We all thought that our taxes were going to help pay for the operation of that fire company, now we find out they went to pay Lynches house payments and car payments and whatever else they needed payed.

I would like to say that I am very impressed on the speed of the snow removal from my street. I live on one VERY thin street and the snow was removed on Tuesday morning to allow safe passage for emergency vehicles. I would like to thank the boro for thinking about our safety.
