Somehow I am thinking this same discussion is on the Town Hall site for State college :)

Summer is good Maine Girl! Hot here and we need rain in a big way! Downtown is looking good and the Christmas in July event last weekend (downtown) had a lot of people out and shopping.. enjoying the music and good food too!

Australia? Good lord....please do me a favor...eat some kangaroo and let me know if it really does taste like chicken.

Hello everyone,

I see Tyrone is the same. I was just home last month and couldn't wait to come back to Milwaukee.

Life is good and it is almost time for Back to the 80s Saturday Night.

I once met a tourist here at the beach who claimed to be a rancher from near Adelaide, Australia.

He said be was able to breed 3-legged kangaroos; that way there is the added benefit of being able to serve an extra leg.

I asked him how they tasted.

He replied:

"I don't know, mate...

...thoz dang 3-legged 'roos run soooo fast...

...I hadn't caught me one yet 'ta find out"! :roll:
