I WAS SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT BRUCE, BUT EVERYBODY ALSO NEEDS TO SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR RAY STRINGER AND HIS FAMILY. RAY LOST HIS LIFE AT THE FIREMANS CONVENTION FRIDAY MORNING. RAY HAS BEEN ACTIVE IN THE TYRONE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR MANY YEARS AND ALSO WAS THE MOST RECENT CHEIF AT THE NEPTUNES FIRE CO. THIS IS ALSO GOING TO BE A TERRIBLE LOSS TO THIS COMMUNITY.

Ray was a good man and very dedicated to the Neptune Fire Department.

I just read in the paper that he was beaten to death. How terrible! As I remember Ray was a very nice guy. I was so sorry to hear of his passing, but mostly shocked at how he went.
