I think it is a wonderful idea to take donations, for the tree infront of the post office. I think it has a perfect location, where anyone just passing or walking through town could see it or even be seen from I-99. Every year that tree looks so dreary. Come on people whats $1.00. If we asked our local counsel for help, I'm sure they would be worrying about sponsering other senior events, before they think of that tree. Well at least we could tell them, that the residents in the highrise could see it. Mabe then they would consider helping then. I think you'll have better luck with the public.Midnight if you could post when, where, how, we send donations I'll send mine.
