DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW OR WHERE TO SEND CARDS TO THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE FIGHTING FOR US
DOESN'T MATTER WHERE OR WHO..JUST WANT TO LET SOMEONE KNOW WERE THINKING OF THEM

I'm not sure, but I'd suggest contacting the Armed Services Recruiting Offices in Altoona. I'm sure they'd know, or could quickly find out.
