In case you aren't aware, today, PA closed state parks, museums, and what they consider non-essential services due to the lack of an approved State Budget.

Now, I'm sure someone will be more than happy to correct me on my next statement/question, but believe me, my intent was to start conversation, so consider it more of a editorial statement.
Can someone explain to me how State Parks, Museums, Driver's License Centers are considered Non-Essential, and PLCB state stores (liquor stores) are considered essential? For that matter, the above article also mentions the following...
