What a letdown - this film finally made it to the top of my Netflix list but I found it closer to unwatchable than unstoppable.

The acting outside of Denzel was pretty weak and this was far from Denzel's best effort, IMHO.

Just checked RottenTomatoes and this flick currently weighs in at 87 ...

On to week 2 ...

You gotta love football season, especially early on. There is a week 2. There is a Penn State game today. There are Steeler cuts to monitor. There is a Steeler game on ... yes ...

Here it is the eve of the Brawl and there are no posts? Nothing about the Golden "Iggles"? No Countdown Clock?

Rick, thanks for making the broadcasts available again!

Wow! Jesse Jones ... he would get a vote from me, too. Whatever happened to him? He seemed to have the goods to play in college ... didn't he head to University of Buffalo? Any success in football after high school?

Was in Tyrone and the general vicinity for the first time in 6 years a couple of weeks ago. Most of the stuff was not as good as I "remembered" it. Ahhh ... football season!

Rick, thanks for providing the broadcast! :w

Go Stillers! :steelers:

Can't you just imagine how the copy would read on this one?

Daily Herald Football Picks, age unknown, went to be with his (book)maker after an extended period of illness. "Picks", as he was affectionately known by his extended family and friends was a lifelong bachelor and was known by all as a ...

Holy cow! "a bus full of nuns crashes into a nitroglycerin tanker truck driven by escaped convicts at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave and 11th Street"?

Again?

Consistently AAA? Hmmm, true I guess, if you don't count (besides BA) BC, PV, BEA, P-O, and Central. I don't think CR is above AA. How many AAA opponents does that leave? Do tell, do tell.

... is only about a month away!

Has football practice started yet? Are the season schedules available?
